Q: How to find my player ID?
A: You can find your player ID in the 'SETUP' menu, top right hand corner of the screen.

Q: Why should I connect the Facebook account?
A: You can safely reserve your player data at any mobile devices, plus connecting to Facebook instantly gives you 300K chips!

Q: I want to recover my account.
A: If you are not connected to Facebook, deleting and re-installing the game will reset the player data. Otherwise, please send us an email at grapegaming@grapegaming.com, your player ID (or Facebook name if you have connected your Facebook account), and a brief explanation of the situation. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Q: My chips are missing.
